KuvWeb provides website and application design services as described on our website. Project scope, features, and deliverables are agreed upon prior to starting the work.

 Payment

All projects require full payment before work begins, unless a separate agreement is made for custom projects. Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment gateway.

 Project Delivery

Projects are delivered according to the agreed timeline and scope. Any changes or additional requests may affect the project timeline and cost.

 Intellectual Property

All work created by KuvWeb remains the property of KuvWeb until full payment is received. After payment, ownership of the delivered project is transferred to the client.

Refunds

We understand that sometimes situations change. If a client requests a refund within 2 business days after payment, a partial refund minus processing fees may be issued at the discretion of KuvWeb. After this period, payments are non-refundable, as work and resources are already allocated.

 Liability

KuvWeb strives to deliver high-quality services and support. If any issues arise due to our work, we will make reasonable corrections or adjustments to resolve the problem. However, KuvWeb is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the services.

 Privacy

All client information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

 Changes to Terms

KuvWeb reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
